The 1,700-square-foot home on the property, featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms, was Jennifer’s childhood home. Today, it is being thoughtfully transformed into the bridal house, where future brides will prepare for their wedding day in a place filled with history and meaning. She grew up here with her siblings, surrounded by open land, quiet nature, and a sense of calm that made the property feel special.
For Jennifer, the property has always represented something deeper than just land or buildings. It has always been a serene, peaceful, and safe place where family memories were made.
Those early experiences created a lasting connection to the land.
Even as life moved forward, Jennifer always felt a strong pull back to this property. It remained a place that felt meaningful and full of possibility.

While the chapel will be a beautiful and timeless ceremony location, Jennifer also wanted couples to have the option of an outdoor ceremony if they prefer.
Currently, two outdoor ceremony areas are being explored on the property.
Outdoor Ceremony Option 1: A Woodland Setting
One possible ceremony location sits within a wooded section of the property.
This area offers a naturally shaded, quiet environment surrounded by trees and the sounds of nature. It could create a magical setting for couples who want a more natural outdoor wedding experience.
Outdoor Ceremony Option 2: A Lawn Ceremony Space
Another option is a ceremony space located on the lawn between the chapel and reception hall.
This location would provide an open, scenic ceremony setting while still being close to both the chapel and reception space.
Having both indoor and outdoor ceremony options allows couples to personalize their wedding day and choose the setting that best reflects their vision.
The Bridal House: A Meaningful Part of the Wedding Day

This house is especially meaningful because it is Jennifer’s childhood home.

From that point forward, the venue will begin welcoming couples who have been eagerly waiting to celebrate their weddings here.
