the promise chapel
Nestled at the edge of the woods, this intimate chapel is the heart of our property. Fifteen-foot floor-to-ceiling altar windows frame sweeping views of the Indiana countryside, allowing natural light and nature’s beauty to pour in while you exchange vows. With ample seating and French doors that open to a scenic patio, the space embodies sacred moments and is tailor-made for “I do’s.”

Steps from the chapel, this 5,000+ sq. ft. reception hall offers modern elegance and thoughtful charm. Sip cocktails at the indoor-outdoor bar, gather under the twinkle lights on the fire-lit patio, and dance the night away in a space designed to celebrate love. With an interactive photo area, spacious restrooms, and a fully equipped prep kitchen for your vendors, everything you need is here and ready to host your favorite people in style.

Tucked into the trees, this 1,700-square-foot home is where your day begins. Designed to feel like your own private retreat, The Constance features three separate rooms for getting ready, two bathrooms, a cozy living space, and a fully stocked kitchen complete with an espresso machine and minibar. Whether you're sipping mimosas on the covered patio or taking a breath before walking down the aisle, this space is your calm before the celebration.

The Michael Wayne Groom’s Lounge blends sophistication with a relaxed vibe. Enjoy a private whiskey bar, challenge your crew in the hidden gaming room, or shoot a round of pool before the big moment. With two 60-inch flat-screen TVs, a stocked fridge, and a private bathroom, it’s the perfect retreat to unwind, celebrate, and prepare in style.

Here’s a breakdown of what’s available to you when you book with us. From a stunning chapel to a fully equipped event space, and even overnight accommodations, we’ve thought through every detail so you don’t have to.
Venue Rental (13 Hours)
Full access to the entire 24 acre property, including The Promise Chapel, The 2912 Event Space, The Michael Wayne Groom’s Lounge, and The Constance Bridal House.
Friday: $7,750 I Saturday: $8,750 l Sunday: $6,750
Hosted Bar Service
$26 - $41 per guest. Choose from three curated packages offering 4, 5, or 6 hours of service—from beer and wine, call liquor to premium liquor selections. All hosted bars include certified bartenders, security and full setup. 20% service fee will be added to the total beverage package.
The Promise Photobooth
Our in-house photo booth is available for the duration of your rental.
Flat rate: $750
overnight accomodations
The Constance Bridal Cottage—3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and space for up to 10 guests to stay before your event.

01. how can we schedule a tour?

04. what does my rental include?
Exclusive access to 24 scenic acres of woods, creek, and farmland for stunning photos. You'll also enjoy the Constance Bridal House, Michael Wayne Groom’s Lounge, 2912 Event Hall, outdoor ceremony space, and The Promise Chapel.
02. what is the max capacity?
The 2912 Event Hall holds up to 200 guests indoors, with space for 70 more on the cocktail patio. The Promise Chapel seats 96 inside, with French doors on both sides that open to accommodate 60 additional guests on the patio.
03. how long do we have access to the venue?
You will get use of the venue for a 13 hour time block on a 1 day rental (9am - 10pm CST). This includes time for set-up, the event, tear-down, and clean up. Additional requests will be handled on a case by case basis, based on availability.
05. do you offer overnight accommodations?
We offer overnight accommodations at the Constance Bridal House for $650. The home sleeps up to 10 guests and is available based on prior bookings. Please contact us to confirm overnight availability for your event.
06. how do we secure our date?
To secure your date, a signed contract and a 50% deposit of the rental fee are required. This can be completed online or in person. We accept payments by credit card, bank draft, cash, check, or money order. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your event.
