Building The Promise of 2912, a new luxury wedding venue in Indiana, has been a dream in the making. For nearly four years, we navigated zoning meetings, architectural planning, and county approvals to create a private wedding estate that couples will cherish forever.
Moreover, every meeting and decision helped refine the estate to provide a truly elevated wedding experience. In addition, overcoming these obstacles strengthened our commitment to creating a venue that feels intentional in every detail.
Groundbreaking and Construction Timeline
As we prepare to break ground, our luxury wedding venue in Indiana will feature four uniquely designed spaces, scenic grounds, and a bridal house for a private retreat.
Meanwhile, we continue to refine designs and collaborate with architects, designers, and our construction team. Therefore, every detail, from interior layouts to outdoor landscaping, will be ready when the first guests arrive.
Touring the Property Today
Even before construction, couples can tour the estate. During each visit, we walk the 24 acres, explore wooded trails, and visit creekside areas that will serve as scenic photo spots. We also show The Constance Bridal House, a 1,700-square-foot, three-bedroom home with optional overnight accommodations. This private retreat allows couples to envision their wedding weekend in comfort and style.
During tours, each couple receives a packet with:
- Blueprints and renderings
- Mood boards for all four spaces
- Venue pricing and bar package options
This packet helps couples visualize their wedding day while construction is still in progress. Additionally, it allows them to imagine how each space can reflect their personal style.
The Venue Spaces
The Promise Chapel
The all-white chapel features floor-to-ceiling glass at the altar and French doors opening to the countryside. Couples can choose between indoor and outdoor ceremonies, creating a timeless and romantic backdrop.
The 2912 Event Building
This 5,000-square-foot reception hall blends 1930s vintage charm with modern luxury. It includes large windows, a state-of-the-art sound and lighting system, an indoor and outdoor bar, a cocktail patio, and a prep kitchen. It accommodates up to 250 guests, perfect for any celebration.
The Constance Bridal House
The Constance Bridal House – Bridal Retreat at our Luxury Wedding Venue Indiana. Not just a suite, this 1,700-square-foot bridal house offers privacy and comfort. It hosts up to ten guests, with optional overnight accommodations, allowing the wedding morning to unfold seamlessly.
The Michael Wayne Lounge
This groom’s retreat offers a speakeasy-inspired space with gaming systems, large TVs, and a dry bar. It provides a relaxed setting for the groom and his party to enjoy the morning before the ceremony.
Booking Updates and Calendar Information
Due to construction, we have not opened our 2026 booking calendar. We want to avoid scheduling conflicts and provide couples with confidence. However, our 2027 calendar is fully open, and we are excited to welcome couples to The Promise of 2912.
Furthermore, these updates give us time to finalize every detail of the estate. Therefore, couples can book with certainty knowing that everything will be ready for their wedding day.

Four years of planning, approvals, and revisions have led us to this moment. With zoning and permits approved, we are ready to start construction. Every detail has been carefully designed to provide an elevated, private, and unforgettable wedding experience.
